Hey, my breakup baddies,

I decided to run this course for a variety of reasons. Firstly it’s the biggest topic on my page and arguably what popularized me as your sweetheart of self-development back in 2022 when my breakup post went viral and reached 20 million accounts. The post was so relatable because we’ve all been there. I started breaking down what’s actually happening in your brain during heartbreak, and suddenly, thousands of you were in my DMs, saying “This is exactly what I needed to hear.”

I know how brutal this can be. And I want to hold your hand through it.

I also started putting this course together after my fiancé and I separated last year. It was amicable but still came with its challenges and grievances. And just as I began to rebuild, the universe decided to bitch slap me with an additional heartbreak when I finally opened my heart to someone new.

So yeah, okay, this last guy technically wasn’t my boyfriend, but let’s categorize it all under “breakup” for the sake of my dignity. “Ending a situationship that didn’t even begin yet had huge potential and he said all the right things but then friend-zoned me out of the blue” just doesn’t roll off the tongue the same way.

  • The first month is all about understanding why your brain is keeping you stuck and learning how to break free. We'll explore the neuroscience of heartbreak, the mental loops that keep you obsessing, and practical strategies to detox your emotions and regain control.

    Week 1 – The Breakup Brain

    Science: Heartbreak mimics withdrawal—dopamine, serotonin, and your brain’s error-detection system make moving on feel impossible.
    Activity: Boost dopamine naturally to gain clarity and reduce emotional cravings.

    Week 2 – Rewiring Your Narrative

    Group Discussion: What stories are you telling yourself about love, self-worth, and your breakup?
    Integration: Rewrite the beliefs keeping you stuck and reshape how you show up in relationships.

    Week 3 – Emotional Detox

    Science: Why breakups make you anxious, obsessive, and temporarily irrational (thanks, serotonin).
    Activity: Build a personalized self-care plan with strategies to manage withdrawal, cravings, and emotional triggers.

    Week 4 – Group Coaching & Reflection

    Group Discussion: Check-in on progress, common struggles, and emotional breakthroughs.
    Integration: Guided meditation to help release, reset, and refocus on moving forward.

  • Now that we’ve cleared the emotional fog, it’s time to take off the rose-tinted glasses. This month, you’ll shift from what was to what is, reframe your past relationship, and rebuild confidence in yourself.

    Week 5 – Clear Mind, Bright Eyes, Let’s Take The Goggles Off

    Science: Your brain's error-detection system makes you obsess over things you can’t change. You can’t rewrite the past, but you can rewrite your future.
    Activity: List out the facts—de-pedestal them, make them real, and stop idealizing the past.

    Week 6 – Confidence Reset

    Group Discussion: Reclaiming your story, identity, and confidence post-breakup—who are you without them?
    Integration: Self-worth exercises and reclaim your power mirror exercise—why confidence isn’t about how others see you, but how you see yourself.

    Week 7 – Attachment & Patterns

    Activity: Identify your relationship patterns—what’s holding you back, and how to rewrite them.

    Week 8 – Emotional Regulation

    Group Discussion: Breakups make you feel alive—how can you channel that energy into something meaningful?
    Integration: How to feel without spiralling. Hobbies, creativity, and becoming.

    Bonus: Homework—write a song or rewrite a song with your new perspective.

  • This month is about trusting yourself again, setting new standards, and stepping into your next chapter with confidence.

    Week 9 – Trusting Yourself Again

    Science: How breakups create self-doubt—and how to rebuild self-trust so you don’t repeat the same mistakes.
    Activity: Identify ways you self-sabotage in relationships and start breaking the pattern.

    Week 10 – Creating Your Non-Negotiables

    Week 11 – Moving Forward with Confidence
