Rewire will talk you through the principles of neuroplasticity and explain how neurohack methods can help you change your behavioural patterns, enabling you to control how you react to whatever life throws your way, from regulating your stress response through to overcoming self-limiting beliefs.

If there are habits and behaviours that are holding you back from being the person you truly want to be, this book will help you recognise that you are not stuck. One of the top questions I get asked is, “how can I stop negative thinking patterns?”…“or how do I change a particular behaviour?”…

We’re all familiar with that internal voice that shapes our outlook on life and our self-perception. This is what we call our ‘narrative’. It’s a powerful subconscious force, a thought pattern that drives our everyday actions, having a significant impact on our quality of life.

Through my 3-month starter course - ‘REWIRE YOUR NARRATIVE USING NEUROSCIENCE’ I give you the scientific insight and practical tools to develop new neural pathways in order to rewire negative thinking patterns.

Over these 3 months, you’ll gain a greater understanding of how the brain works. We’ll cover neuroplasticity and how our brains create memories, behaviours, and habits. You’ll learn about brain health basics and neuroscientific ways to change your narrative. My intention for this course is to make mental health tangible and accessible for you (and many others) by including actionable tools to implement change.

About me

As a personal coach for over 12 years, connection and personal development are top values of mine. More recently, I have been using my knowledge in neuroscience and organisational psychology to help my clients optimise their minds and their lives to reach greater levels of success. Seeing the incredible impact of making neuroscience accessible, I am now extending my coaching to group coaching. My hope is to reach the masses in order to empower people through brain health awareness.

Group coaching curriculum 

  • To begin the course, we’ll look at your central nervous system (CNS), the basics of stress, and how to self-regulate if you are in fight or flight mode. We can’t make neuroplastic changes without CNS regulation.

    • Week 1: Regulating your central nervous system - CNS basics and techniques to regulate your stress levels to induce neuroplastic change.

    • Week 2: Coaching & Live Q&A

    • Week 3: Habits & behaviours - How we change, what is required for change, where and how habits and behaviours are stored and how to rewire our subconscious.

    • Week 4: Coaching & Live Q&A

  • This is where we start to implement techniques to aid our new thinking patterns. I will teach you how visualisation works and the power of our thoughts using scientific research papers and data.

    • Week 1: Changing your narrative through neuroplasticity - Visualisation techniques and repetition.

    • Week 2: Coaching & Live Q&A

    • Week 3: Self-limiting beliefs and self-sabotage. How we can break these patterns of thinking so we can become the best version of ourselves.

    • Week 4: Coaching & Live Q&A

  • This month we will be looking at brain health basics. The way I see it, you can’t have good mental health (software) without good brain health (hardware). I will teach you how to support your brain health.

    • Week 1: Exercise & recovery for brain health - Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and cold-shock, heat-shock proteins.

    • Week 2: Coaching & Live Q&A

    • Week 3: Nutrition, hydration, and the gut-brain axis: What you put into your body is what your cells are regenerating from. Exploring how your gut is directly linked to your brain health.

    • Week 4: Coaching & Live Q&A

As a term that has become widely used in recent years, understanding and tackling mental health can seem quite overwhelming. My 3-month course will help you break it down by teaching you the mechanisms of your brain and highlighting the intrinsic link between good brain health (your ‘hardware’) and good mental health (your ‘software’).

The course is available to everyone and anyone! We take international payments from any country.

how will the course be delivered?

I will be delivering live webinars on a weekly basis via zoom, these videos will be available to you in the members portal for you to go back to should you wish to.

do you need be working in your field to join the group coaching?

This course is open to the general public, I will be using scientific evidence and neuroscience to explain mechanisms, but just like my Instagram, I am making it accessible and applicable to the general public and the human psyche.

I am in australia, do i need to attend the live webinars?

No! You can rewatch them in your own time via the members portal. All questions can be sent in prior to the live Q&A to ensure you have your questions answered.
